Refunds/Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info[at]orangeburps.com. Our 30-day guarantee is to refund your first bottle (minus the cost of shipping) without having to send it back. We can also issue refunds on any additional bottles as long as they are still sealed/unopened and returned within 30 days after we approve the return. A pre-paid return label will be provided at no cost to you.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
